We stayed at The Laylow for a week-long family vacation. Our executive room was well-stocked with water, coffee, fresh fruit, and snacks. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-quality sheets were a nice touch. The Hideout, the hotel's restaurant, served delicious breakfast and dinner. The location was ideal, with an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The complimentary gift basket in the room upon arrival was a lovely surprise. The pool area provided towels, cold treats, and icy drinking water, making our days by the pool enjoyable.

The location of The Laylow was the best part of our stay. It was just a short walk away from amazing restaurants, the local supermarket, the International Mall, and of course, the beautiful Waikiki beach. As backpackers, this convenience was exactly what we were looking for.

We felt at home instantly at The Laylow, as the staff made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist us. It seemed like nothing was too much trouble for them.

My recent stay at The Laylow, Autograph Collection was simply amazing. I visited Honolulu for a leisure trip and stayed at the hotel for a week. Joey, the staff member who checked me in, was outstanding. He was warm, helpful, and had a delightful personality. The room was well-stocked with goodies like chocolates, water bottles, and flip flops. Although the flip flops were a bit small, the gesture was appreciated. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and promptly addressed any concerns. The room decor was stylish, and the layout made it feel like having my own apartment.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was incredible, right in the heart of all the shops and restaurants. It was so convenient to be able to walk to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and high-quality amenities. I especially enjoyed the breakfast at the on-site restaurant, it was excellent. the service and quality at this hotel were top-notch.

We loved the central location of this place! It was within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the beach. The room service was great, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping and newspaper service. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the happy hour and room amenities like the mini-fridge and television.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The Laylow Autograph Collection was beautifully decorated and had a great vibe. We were impressed by the value of the welcome basket, including flip flops and water. The outdoor lounge area was perfect for relaxing. we enjoyed our stay.

Great customer service and attention to detail. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and offered extra services. the location of the hotel was perfect, centrally located and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. the beds were comfortable and the decor of the hotel was charming and unique.

The pool was small and crowded with limited seating, making it difficult to enjoy. Only one elevator was working during our stay, leading to long wait times and crowded rides.

The king beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was very clean. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the International Marketplace and Waikiki Beach. The hotel had a nice ambiance and was a welcome oasis from the hustle of the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff, including Ashley C, Edgar, Rita, Cindy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. Plus, the location was perfect, right in the heart of all the action. I was able to easily explore the vibrant shopping and dining scenes, and Waikiki beach was just a short stroll away. Additionally, the free icee by the poolside was a delightful treat.

We recently stayed at the Laylow, part of the Autograph Collection, and had a fantastic experience. the attention to detail was evident from the moment we arrived, with a lovely welcome treat box awaiting us. the hotel was impeccably clean, and the king beds were unbelievably spacious and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the pool, although small, had perfect water temperature, and we loved the convenience of the hotel's location right in the middle of the strip. Being able to walk to the shops and the beach was a huge plus. the valet parking, although at an additional cost, was a treat in itself. we thoroughly enjoyed our upscale and lovely stay.
