The Christmas decorations were beautiful, creating a festive and cozy atmosphere. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options to choose from.

Our room was not properly cleaned before our arrival, with dust and dirt visible in some areas. the staff at the front desk seemed disorganized and not very attentive to our needs.

The mattresses and bedding were phenomenal, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep. ALL of the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The hotel facilities were gorgeous and I only wish I could have stayed longer. Additionally, the location next to an absolutely gorgeous golf course in the Warren-Youngstown area was a plus.
