I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Tijuana! The location was perfect, with secure parking for peace of mind. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were good, albeit a little worn. The only downside was some noise from the nearby highway, but it wasn't too bothersome. I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Tijuana! Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
