Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Friendly staff and a normal breakfast. Warm swimming pool and a decent selection of food and drinks for room service. Convenient location within walking distance to a park. Good value for the price.

the room was incredibly spacious, clean, and private. I loved that there was a parking lot conveniently located just downstairs. the Smart TV in the room was a nice touch, offering a large screen and great sound. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the hotel offered great value for the price.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable suite. Despite some minor issues with the jacuzzi and wifi, we had a fantastic stay at 5 De Mayo. The breakfast was tasty and the location convenient for exploring the city. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with nice beds and good water pressure in the showers. the location was ideal for street art lovers, with plenty of impressive murals nearby. There was also a complimentary parking area, which was a plus.

The internet connection was weak, and the gym equipment needed maintenance. the immediate area was somewhat sketchy, with many boarded up buildings and desolate side streets.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and they assisted us with our luggage upon check out. the location of the hotel was great, with beautiful homes and sights to see along the way to the city center. the rooms were spacious and neat, with a big and comfortable bed.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized at times, making us wait for check-in for 30 minutes. the rooms were freezing at night, with no blankets provided despite multiple requests.

This hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff is professional and genuinely eager to serve. The breakfasts are outstanding, and the restaurant is phenomenal. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, and have efficient air conditioning. The dedicated parking spot right underneath the room is a bonus. The hotel is also conveniently located, with just a 10-minute walk to the old city.
