The staff at Hotel Puerto Caracol were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding during our stay. The location of the hotel was prime, with easy access to the beach and the plaza. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The facilities were simple but sufficient for our needs.

I had a wonderful stay at Puerto Caracol in Puerto Morelos. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, especially when I needed to change rooms for more sunlight. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and spacious, and the rooftop terrace had stunning views. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the sliding bathroom door and non-smart TV, I had a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its authentic feel, fair pricing, and attentive service.
