During my Christmas stay, I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was perfectly situated within walking distance to all the best sights in the city. The room and bathroom were well-maintained and very clean. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep and the bedding was of good quality. Additionally, the lounge area was cozy and had a nice variety of drinks and food options to enjoy.

Although I had a generally positive experience, there were a couple of aspects that I didn't like. Firstly, I was disappointed to find out that I had been given a lower-end room despite paying for a higher category. The front desk did offer a refund, but it was still frustrating. Secondly, my fiance encountered a very unpleasant situation in the lobby restroom, where it was overflowing with toilet paper and other material. Despite informing the front desk, no action was taken to resolve the issue before our departure the next morning.

Having spent my Thanksgiving at this hotel, I can confidently say that my stay was simply amazing. The location was perfect, with quick access to all the hotspots around. I was also pleased to have received two compliments for my stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and always willing to assist whenever I needed their help. Additionally, the breakfast they offered was a pleasant surprise, with lots of options to choose from.

I must admit that there were some drawbacks that I encountered during my stay. For instance, the room I was first assigned was a bit outdated and not as clean as I expected. Fortunately, upon sharing my concerns with the management, they quickly and professionally offered me a change of room which was up to my standards. Nonetheless, I wished that the first room was well-maintained like the second one.

It was conveniently close to the trains and within walking distance of the White House. We also found plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The lobby and bar had a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. a great experience!

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a fantastic location. The room was spacious and perfect for my needs. Both the valet and check-in staff were excellent and made me feel welcome. The lobby had a wonderful historical vibe that added to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even making last-minute changes to my reservation at no extra charge. They promptly delivered a fridge and microwave to my room, also at no cost. The valet parking was top-notch, and all the staff were friendly and personable. The hotel's proximity to the White House and Washington Memorial made it ideal for my early morning run. It was the perfect setting to celebrate my sister's birthday and bachelorette party. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
