We had a fantastic stay here! The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It's situated in a great area of the city, close to some pretty good restaurants and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in DC. We were able to easily explore the monuments, museums, and enjoy the vibrant nightlife that the area has to offer. The service at this place was exceptional. From the doorman to the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. We were impressed with their customer service and willingness to assist us with any request. The staff really made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay.

The shower in my room was shaped like a seashell and made for a really unique experience. Despite its unconventional design, it was still very functional and provided great water pressure. I enjoyed my stay at this Viceroy hotel.

Located within walking distance of iconic landmarks, and close to everything, this hotel is perfect for business travelers. The metro station is also just a stone's throw away, and the Mall is only a few stops away. The rooms are stylishly decorated with big floor-to-ceiling windows letting in lots of natural light and fantastic city views. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, offering great service all around. The happy hour is a nice perk, and the complementary yoga mat is a thoughtful touch.

Everything is what I need and want.

We had a great city trip and the hotel provided a fantastic stay. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family rather than just guests. We were impressed by the pet-friendly nature of the hotel, as they provided water, cookies, and cuddles for our furry companions. The room had a perfect view of the city and was clean and inviting. The check-in and check-out process was efficient, with no waiting time. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the city. the service, pet-friendliness, and location were the best aspects of our stay.

Although the hotel overall was impressive, there were a few minor issues that could be improved. The furniture and rooms showed signs of wear and tear, with scratches, dents, and chips. Additionally, the carpets in the hallway could use some spot cleaning. While these small details didn't significantly impact our stay, they did slightly tarnish the otherwise fine property.

Hotel Zena was conveniently located not far from many of the D.C. landmarks and had an amazing view of Thomas Circle. The rooms were well-appointed with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The "cocoon" shower was a nice touch and breakfast was included.

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel's location is perfect as it is within walking distance to most DC landmarks and some pretty good restaurants the other direction. Also, it's at a very busy roundabout. The staff with their customer service and willingness to reach complete satisfaction from every member of the stuff is remarkable. They happily accommodated our request for late checkout at the end of our stay. The room amenities are impressive, including bottled water, in-room safe, turndown service, and premium bedding.

During my recent stay at Hotel Zena, I was pleasantly surprised by an unexpected upgrade to a suite. The spacious and beautifully decorated room exceeded my expectations, with modern furnishings and unique artwork that added a touch of sophistication to the space. The comfortable king-size bed provided a restful night's sleep, while the large flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi kept me entertained and connected.

Spent Xmas in this hotel and they offered us complimentary hot drinks when we arrived which was a nice touch. The location was great, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see. The room was nice and cozy, with a comfortable bed, big TV, and a good bathroom with lovely toiletries.

The staff wasn't very friendly and didn't seem interested in helping us with anything. The air conditioning in the room was incredibly loud and disruptive, we had to turn it off to get any sleep. The room service was terrible, with cold food arriving over an hour after we had ordered. it was a disappointing stay and we won't be returning.
