I had a fantastic stay at In Fashion Hotel & Spa. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant nightlife of the city. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were clean and spacious. The spa services were amazing, and I highly recommend the massages. The staff, especially Miguel, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a great experience and I would definitely return.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the action on Quinta Avenida. We could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. The spacious and clean rooms were a pleasant surprise and the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep. the two pools, one outside our door and another on the rooftop, were great for cooling off.

The noise from the surrounding bars and clubs during the night was a downside of staying in such a central location.

The best aspects of my xmas stay were the spacious master suites and the amazing massage at the spa. The suites were massive and had a nice hot tub and a big bed, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Additionally, the massage at the spa was truly incredible and a great way to unwind and pamper myself during the holidays.

The worst aspect of my stay was the noise. The hotel was located near clubs, and the music played until 4am, which made getting a good night's sleep difficult.

The spa offered an amazing massage experience. Additionally, the hotel is just across the street from the famous Coco Bongo nightclub, and very close to the beach.

The location is ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of Playa del Carmen, with easy access to upscale shops, restaurants, nightlife, and the beach. The staff are friendly and the rooms are unexpectedly spacious. The outdoor pool on the first floor is a great feature, staying open until 11pm. it’s a great option for a couple of nights, especially for those on a budget.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.

The beds were comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. We loved the spa and the great massage therapy.
