I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to many activities, such as the French Quarter and the convention center. The staff was friendly and helpful, starting from the valet at the front door. The room was comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the view from the hotel. The hotel facilities were great, and I appreciated having the option to dine at the onsite restaurant for breakfast, which had delicious food and friendly staff.

The elevators take a while to arrive, which can be frustrating when you are in a hurry. The parking fees are quite expensive, which can add up to your total trip cost.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in New Orleans for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to popular attractions like Cafe Dumond, Jackson Square, and the French Quarter. There is also a Starbucks inside the hotel, which was a nice perk. The staff was helpful and everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. Additionally, being connected to the riverwalk and mall was very convenient.

I wanted to spend the 4th in the city and arrived early with family. Check-in was a breeze, and we were able to enjoy the great view of the city and river from our clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect, with easy access to Bourbon Street and the French Market. The hotel was also close to Harrah's and had great restaurants within walking distance. Room service was prompt and the price was good for a holiday. I'd definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right by the riverside as the name would suggest. It's in the center of downtown, perfectly situated between the French Quarter & the Garden District. Plus, it's just a stone's throw away from all the parades by the Mississippi.

All in all, everything was fine.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right by the riverside in the French Quarter. Being able to walk to so many attractions and restaurants was such a convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all of my needs were met in a timely manner. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities I could ask for, from a cozy sitting area to a mini-bar. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax and the live entertainment added a fun touch. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the enhanced comfort this hotel provided.

Great location right by the riverside and within steps of the trolley. Rooms with hideaway sofa beds provide ample space for families. The staff is attentive and provides great service with basic amenities available.

Conveniently attached to a mall and close to Harrah's casino and many restaurants. The river cruise is also right behind the hotel, making it easy to access. The concierge was very helpful and booked our excursions for us.

The room felt cramped and run-down, with a small bathroom and a shower that took forever to get hot water. The bed was not very comfortable and the linens were scratchy.

Enjoyed breathtaking views of the Mississippi River from our spacious room. The in-room amenities were well-stocked. The hotel's location made for easy access to the key attractions nearby. my stay was very comfortable and relaxing.
