The Hilton Riverside in New Orleans provided breathtaking views of the Mississippi River and the city's vibrant atmosphere from my room. The classic yet modern design of the room, along with the luxurious amenities, made for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the proximity to the French Quarter and the convenience of having access to wireless internet throughout the hotel.

The initial room I was given was not up to par, and the need to change rooms was a hassle.

When I wandered down to the fresh casual dining retreat for breakfast, I had a hilarious encounter with a very chatty parrot. This colorful bird became my entertaining breakfast buddy, providing comedic commentary on the morning hustle and bustle. It definitely made my breakfast experience a memorable one!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to many activities, such as the French Quarter and the convention center. The staff was friendly and helpful, starting from the valet at the front door. The room was comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the view from the hotel. The hotel facilities were great, and I appreciated having the option to dine at the onsite restaurant for breakfast, which had delicious food and friendly staff.

Good room, decent view for the area. Staff refunded one day when we left early. Convenient location, within walking distance of popular attractions like Cafe Dumond, Jackson Square, and the French Quarter. Close to Riverwalk outlet and has a Starbucks on-site.

We were delighted with the spacious corner room we had in the Riverside tower. The views of the river were absolutely breathtaking. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the furniture was stylish. The daily text messages from the hotel were a nice touch and made us feel well taken care of. Additionally, the location was perfect for us, being attached to the Convention Center via a large Outlet Mall. The hotel's handling of the large number of people attending conventions was impressive. The seafood restaurant, Dracos, was fantastic and we highly recommend the Lump Crab Caesar Salad. we had a great experience at Hilton New Orleans Riverside.

The hotel offers a good shuttle service at the airport and nearby areas. The staff is very helpful and friendly in helping you navigate around the city. The complimentary breakfast is a great way to start your day and the rooms are spacious enough to provide a comfortable stay.

The elevators take a while to arrive, which can be frustrating when you are in a hurry. The parking fees are quite expensive, which can add up to your total trip cost.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

I wanted to spend the 4th in the city and arrived early with family. Check-in was a breeze, and we were able to enjoy the great view of the city and river from our clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect, with easy access to Bourbon Street and the French Market. The hotel was also close to Harrah's and had great restaurants within walking distance. Room service was prompt and the price was good for a holiday. I'd definitely stay here again.
