Great customer service and hotel amenities

Check-out process needs improvement. Issues with private transportation on the way back to the airport.

Our stay at Nobu Hotel was absolutely incredible. The design and attention to detail throughout the property are outstanding, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. The facilities are excellent, from the stunning architecture and parallel hallways to the infinity pools that offer breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially our majordomo Martha who surprised us with personalized touches throughout our stay. The variety of restaurants provided delicious dining options for every meal, and the mixologists at the bars crafted amazing cocktails. The hotel is a true oasis for a Zen vacation and escape, making us feel like royalty.

The only downside was the expensive beverage prices, compared to other premium locations we have visited. The fact that swimming in the ocean is not recommended due to strong currents was also a disappointment.

The property's Asian minimalist style and beachfront location are perfect for a relaxing getaway. The restaurants on-site offer fantastic dining options, ensuring a superb meal without leaving the hotel. The staff, from the gate attendants to the concierge, offer warm hospitality and exceptional service. The food at Pacific Restaurant and Nobu is delicious, and there are plenty of dining options to choose from. The hotel also offers amenities such as a personal butler and transportation services. the property provides a spectacular experience.

The architecture of the hotel is stunning and the food is consistently delicious. The friendly staff made our stay special, and we enjoyed seeing whales from the beach every day. While there were some minor drawbacks, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The sprawling resort offers excellent dining options, including Nobu. Multiple pools available to spread out. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are brilliant. Trustworthy service and cleanliness are outstanding. Highly recommend for a relaxing week with great food.

Wow! I can't even begin to describe how incredible my stay at Nobu in Cabo was. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff and treated to delicious Jamaican juice. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, set in a beautiful location near the ocean. The attention to detail in every aspect was impeccable and the customer service was top-notch. Our suite overlooking the pool and ocean was breathtaking, and our butler Martha made sure our stay was perfect. The food at Nobu and Malibu Farms was delicious, and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you, Nobu, for an unforgettable experience.

We had an amazing stay at a stunning hotel with impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs and the food at every restaurant was superb. The rooms were spacious and had breathtaking ocean views. The location was secluded and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional, attending to my every need and accommodating any food restrictions I had. The restaurant options were fantastic, with Malibu Farms being my favorite for breakfast and Nobu for a sunset dinner. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with an incredible ocean view. The hotel's architecture was beautiful, making a lasting impression from the moment I stepped in. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. The location, although somewhat secluded, provided a peaceful and relaxed vibe.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel was an absolute dream with its luxurious and exclusive amenities. the staff was attentive, providing excellent service in the Spa & Wellness Centre, complete with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Beach access. the Body scrub, Massage and Beauty treatment were top, notch, and the Spa lounge was the perfect place to relax and unwind. the Sun terrace with its outdoor heated swimming pool, Sun loungers and Garden area provided a peaceful place to bask in the sun and fresh air. the hotel's location advantages gave us easy access to nearby entertainment and beachfront views.

The only small issue we encountered was the lack of restuarants , one more indoor location would have been ideal as it can get quite chilly at night. Despite this, the in, room breakfast and Poolside snack bar more than made up for it.
