The parking situation was a complete disaster. After paying for a spot, we spent nearly two hours searching for one. Friends of owners taking up all the spaces left us feeling frustrated and unsafe walking back in the dark.

The swimming pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for sunny days! The beach access was just steps away, making fun in the sand a breeze. Every evening, we enjoyed live entertainment that kept the vibes high and the energy flowing!

Stunning bay views and convenient amenities make it a memorable stay

The picturesque views of the bay from our balcony were breathtaking. The property's well-maintained landscaping added charm, and we appreciated the efficient tram service. Despite some room challenges, the vibrant atmosphere and great dining options at the Baytowne Wharf made our trip truly enjoyable.

The room was average, with old wood furniture that had warped over time. A moldy smell lingered, although maintenance did a good job refreshing the space. The bed was reasonably comfortable, providing decent support for a night’s rest. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cool. Noise levels were acceptable, but occasional sounds from the hallway disrupted the quiet. The balcony was a pleasant addition, offering a nice view. the bathroom outlet didn’t work, making personal grooming inconvenient. The overall environment felt lacking in upkeep, which dampened the experience.

The balcony view over the bay was stunning and the convenience of beach access, along with bike rentals and chair discounts, made for some nice perks. Unfortunately, dealing with room changes took away from our first evening. We started in a lovely renovation but had to move to an outdated room. The pool area felt sparse, with no jacuzzi and a kiddie pool out of commission. Elevators were slow and the beach set-up was frustratingly restrictive. Great dining options and friendly staff were highlights, but the crowded beach and overpriced amenities made for a mixed experience.

The view from our room was stunning, truly a highlight of the stay. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome, even if we only saw one of them the whole weekend. The grounds had nice areas for relaxing and plenty of activities to enjoy.

But the missing maid service and unclear directions were pretty annoying.

I always choose this cozy place. First, they offered me a hot drink on a chilly day. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, pool, fitness center, golf, and much more. Perfect for me. Coming back for New Year's!.

The pool and gym facilities are impressive. my experience was marred by room issues. The initial room was infested with bugs, prompting me to leave immediately. The front desk communication was slow. Staff member Brian was commendable, offering guidance when others fell short. Rooms were outdated, with cleanliness concerns and a musty smell. Inconsistent service detracted from the overall experience. While the location has potential, it needs a serious overhaul to meet expectations. For the price, accommodations did not reflect quality. I won’t be returning.

I really enjoyed waking up to a gorgeous view of the bay from my room, and I appreciated how everything from the beach area to various restaurants like Bijoux and Jon Smith Subs were just a few steps away, making it easy to enjoy good meals without needing to drive; plus the convenience of multiple pools and activities on the property meant I could unwind without leaving, but the rooms could use some updates as there were minor maintenance issues.

The resort is stunning with plenty to do. The rooms were a bit outdated and had some issues but housekeeping did well to refresh them. Convenient location and beautiful views. Staff could be more informative. A good place to explore and enjoy.
