Ja, the staff were such legends! They remembered our names and got the kids involved in everything. Gema and Claudio at the pool were just on it every day, keeping us entertained. Plus, the food by the pool was lekker—tacos and pizza all day! Even vegan options were stunning, chef really stepped up!

One night, restaurant bookings were a bit tricky with our large group, ag man, but we sorted it out in the end.

the pillows in our room had a mildew smell. pretty disappointing. but the ocean view was beautiful and the staff were super friendly. we loved the quick service by the pool and the food was really good all around.

Yet, the staff improved my spirits throughout our stay, especially those in the Kid's Club who made my daughter feel special. The buffet featured fresh and delicious options, including the standout smoked salmon, which was a delightful surprise. The private beach provided a picturesque backdrop for relaxation, and the overall atmosphere was lively but also offered quiet corners to unwind.

check-in was a bit slow (took longer than I expected). the food was excellent, especially those shrimp tacos (they were to die for! ). housekeeping was very efficient (came back to a spotless room! overall, lovely staff who made us feel like family!
