super comfortable bed and friendly staff

The room was ridiculously tiny—like, one-person-at-a-time tiny. The bed was jammed against the wall, and if you’re over 185 cm, your feet hit the wall. Plus, the noise from the bar kept us up all night!

Great bike storage kept our rides safe! The staff also offered delicious welcome drinks after a long day of cycling.

It wasn’t cheap, but still reasonable given the amenities.

The staff is a gem; The location is spot on, super convenient, and there’s a lovely breakfast box with a nice coffee fix.

The rooftop bar can keep the party going late into the night.

I loved the easy vibe of this place! The salted maple oat latte was my morning fuel, and every bite in the lounge was delicious. The staff felt like my cheerleaders, and I appreciated the extra goodies from 'the stash' when I needed them.

Super clean and modern vibe! Loved that the TV had Netflix. The location is spot on, super close to Times Square and the subway. The staff was super friendly, and we got a nice room upgrade for my birthday! Just wish the rooms were a bit bigger and not as noisy at night.

Very modern and funky decor made the room feel ample despite its size. The loft layout with a queen and twin bed was perfect for our family, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The rooftop bar was a highlight, plus the nearby bakery served delicious coffee. the lack of a mini fridge was inconvenient, and we wished for better sound insulation. Housekeeping didn’t refresh our room after the first night, and the translucent bathroom door was a tad awkward. Still, the easy self-check-in and friendly staff made things smooth. Would definitely return!

Super cute and practical beds! The vibe is great in the lounge/bar area with awesome acts and strong drinks. Loved the free coffee and pastries in the morning. Close to everything! Staff is super helpful, and facilities include a fitness center with classes, plus a private bathroom with all the amenities. Perfect for exploring NYC.

My wife says that more family-friendly amenities like a kids' play area would enhance the experience for families.

Noise was an issue, especially from the bar below, but I managed to switch rooms after a couple of days. The shower had hot water, yet it could have been hotter for a more relaxing experience. Elevators were a bit confusing, requiring card swipes and assignment. the amenities offered a good experience, but the room's soundproofing and temperature could use improvement.

The location was perfect for exploring the city with everything needed for a 3-night stay. The elevators were confusing and slow, which caused some delays and inconvenience. Despite the small room size and broken blinds, the hotel was clean, welcoming, and had a pleasant lobby and efficient elevator system.
