My stay at the hotel was definitely worth the money. The room, although a bit smaller than expected for three adults, was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient, especially for the business district events, and the view of the Super Dome from the hotel was stunning at night. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the concierge.

The only thing that could make the morning meal better would be to have more variety of options.

Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. Firstly, the lack of trash bags in the rooms was a major inconvenience. We had to use a single big bag for all our trash cans, which didn't feel hygienic. Additionally, we were under the impression that the refrigerator was only for premium guests, and if we wanted to use it, we would be charged. This was quite surprising and left a negative impression. The hotel's room service was a major letdown. The food was delivered in a bag, which was really unappealing. Moreover, the descriptions of the food items were inaccurate, and we found bits of pork in our grits even though we mentioned not eating pork. The lack of butter provided with breads was another disappointment. The quality of the pizza was subpar as it was not cooked all the way. The beignets served at the Bayou Bash event were far from being authentic. Additionally, the rooms and bathrooms were extremely small, and the elevators were annoying.

The staff was friendly and the basic amenities were all there. The room had an "ok" view of the Superdome which was a nice touch. The breakfast had a lot of options and was included in the price.

I was impressed with the size and decoration of my room. The hotel provided Starbucks coffee and had several restaurants and bars. Despite having to pay extra for package handling, the staff, especially Lupita, were very kind. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast and the gym are the best aspects of this hotel. The breakfast was a nice surprise with a variety of options. The gym was great with an amazing view from the top floor. The location was also good, not too far away from the main attractions and easy to get to.

The overall state of the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were not cleaned well and there was a funny smell in the hallway. The staff was not very friendly and didn't seem interested in helping. The elevators were slow and we had to wait a long time to get to our floor. we did not have a good experience and would not recommend this hotel.
