my recent stay in rome was pleasant, but nothing compared to the unforgettable experience at savoy. the staff went above and beyond, always there to assist with any request. from printing boarding passes to serving off-menu meals, they truly spoiled me. not to mention the comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and breathtaking rooftop terrace. undoubtedly, savoy is the ultimate place to relax and be pampered.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the elevators were quite slow and only one of them went to the rooftop area.
