had a wonderful time at solaris! the location is perfect, just a short walk to local restaurants. the staff really stood out, always friendly and attentive. the nightly entertainment was fun, even if it was a bit amateur. loved the great breakfast and the refreshing pools for a swim.

royal solaris is a great spot for a chill weekend getaway right by the beautiful beach. the facilities are super clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. we enjoyed a fantastic massage at the spa, which was a highlight of our stay. the room had a great view of the ocean too!

Man, he’s a gem. Took care of everything. Room upgrade right on the ocean? Yes, please! Food was hit or miss, but you gotta check out the pizza shack. The staff? Super chill and always smiling. Gotta fight for pool loungers, though. No lie about that.

Clean and family-friendly environment with many activities.

During my stay, I encountered significant issues with water in my room. For two consecutive days, I could only shower with cold water, despite multiple complaints to management.

We had a wonderful time at the resort! The kids loved the kids' club, and we spent a lot of time near the main activity pool, which had fun sections for everyone. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making it a memorable family getaway.

In my wife's opinion, food options could be better.

the drinks were kinda watered down,, which was a bummer. but the omelette queen was legit, always making fresh, tasty omelets. loved the nightly shows, even if they were a bit amateur. pools weren’t crowded especially during our stay. ,

wow, what a disapointment. the pool had scum and nobody seemed to care. oh, and the food? completely inedible leftovers woudl ve been a better choice than their so-called meals. i thought surely as a special guest, i’d at least get a comfy chair, but no. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't!

the entertainment was fun and engaging, especially the live shows at night. the food choices were limited, with some below average options, which was disappointing.

Man, the staff were proper legends! Fidel made us feel like royalty, always went out of his way to help. The beach was close, even if no swimming – those horseback rides were a jol! Plus, the nightly activities kept us entertained, like a real good time with family.

The room had twin beds instead of a queen, which was a bit awkward for us, but we made it work, ya know?

the staff was amazing and so understanding, they helped with every request. loved the lively evening entertainment, and the location was great with easy access to the beach and Mercado del Mar. enjoyed the drinks at the pool bar too!

Everything was exemplary.

It was just a perfect match for a relaxing holiday in San Jose del Cabo with real value for money. The staff at the pool bar were outstanding and waited on me hand and foot while I lounged at my chair. Make sure you enjoy the omelets from the cook in the morning!

Amazing staff made it special

The staff really blew us away! They went above and beyond, from personalized drinks at breakfast to ensuring our son got a special badge, which made him feel like a star. The buffet had a nice variety, especially for vegetarians, but seriously, snagging pool loungers in the morning was kinda tough.

I had a fantastic week with so many delicious options at the restaurant and the kids really enjoyed the awesome water slides. The spa was a blissful escape while the pool area offered plenty of lounge space to unwind, even if you have to wake up a bit early to snag a chair! Just a tip, you might want to request your room type in advance to avoid any surprises.
