The facility was clean, staff friendly, and walking distance to local attractions. Omar at the front desk was courteous upon our early arrival. Juan Daniel and Daniel on the beach were excellent—no waiting for service. Tip your servers well; they deserve it. service lacks consistency. Miscommunication led to frustration. Simple requests took too long. Room conditions fell short of expectations—maintenance needed. The potential is there, but the execution needs refinement. Would consider returning, with some reservations.

Stunning resort with amazing ocean views! We loved the spacious jr suite. Food was good, especially the crispy chicken at the Munchies bar. Staff were super friendly and attentive. The entertainment was top-notch every night. The spa was great too, offering massages and beauty services. Perfect location and great value for money.

Mixed experience with some bright spots

The beautiful views added to the ambiance, and I appreciated the efforts of the housekeepers, especially Paola, who really enhanced our comfort.

Our room was a nightmare—no working air conditioning in the sweltering heat, making it feel like a sauna. Plus, the hallways reeked of mildew, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping at all. Total letdown!

The room had a lovely sea view suite, but the noise level was a significant issue. The air conditioning units outside were extremely loud, despite my attempts to seal the windows. The lack of sound insulation meant every hallway noise was easily heard. The spacious bed was comfortable, and the temperature control worked well, but the unpleasant odors in the hallway and room detracted from the experience. While room service was prompt, it felt less valuable due to the extra charges for quality drinks. Cleanliness was satisfactory, but persistent issues dampened the comfort.

I really enjoyed being just a few steps from the beautiful Chac Mool Beach, which made my strolls incredibly relaxing alongside the ocean, and it was great to be within a 10-minute walk to bustling spots like the nightlife at Mandala and Coco Bongo, where I found fun local shops and tasty eateries right around the corner; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay but the noise from the bar in the evenings could be improved.

Stunning ocean views and beautiful property make this place special, with a lively beach atmosphere and attentive staff. Room service was a highlight, especially post-Coco Bongo. the supposed all-inclusive often isn't; dining perks come at a price, and noise from the A/C units ruined the serene experience. The upgraded room with a sunset view was disappointing, facing a parking lot rather than the ocean. Awkward check-in issues and lackluster responses in lost and found added frustration. Excellent choices of drinks, yet tipping felt awkward in an all-inclusive setting.

My friends and I had a blast at the water park and tried all the water sports , talk about a thrill! Plus, the all, inclusive package made us feel like VIPs. The social vibe at the resort was fire, just like we wanted!

Wish there were even more epic parties and events for us young adults , can never have enough fun, am I right? .
