The Hampton Inn & Suites in Alexandria was the perfect base for our family trip to the Capital One Arena. The location was so convenient, making it easy for us to catch the game and explore nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast and free parking were a lifesaver for us, especially with our large family. We found the staff to be friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable, providing a great experience for families.

The staff once returned my forgotten shower bag. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, and a 24-hour reception. The amenities like the fitness center, spa, and welcome drink keep me coming back. I can't wait to return for New Year.

This made it effortless to explore the area and access transportation options, enhancing the overall travel experience. the availability of free public parking for personal vehicles was a great convenience for guests requiring their own transportation.

While the shuttle service was indeed convenient, there were a couple of instances where the drivers had issues with the service. However, the front desk staff adeptly handled the situation, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience.

I had a great value for my money at Hampton Inn in Alexandria. The room was comfy and clean, with heavy and warm blankets. The location was convenient, although not within walking distance. But what really stood out was the exceptional staff who were super nice and helpful.

The breakfast could be improved by providing wipes to sanitize the utensils and counters.

Our family reunion stay at Hampton Inn was perfect. The breakfast spread from 6am to 10am was amazing, with a variety of options including boiled eggs, cereals, fresh fruit, waffles. The hotel shuttle service was convenient, taking us to Huntington Station and around Old Town Alexandria. The friendly staff and accessibility made our stay enjoyable.

However, my brother's room had a better view, so at least one of us got lucky. The hotel staff was generally friendly and informative, with a particularly nice gentleman assisting other customers. The free hot breakfast buffet was a great start to the day, and the modern fitness center offered a wide array of delicious dishes.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome. The cleaning service was prompt, and the premises were well-maintained. The hotel's location right off the highway made it easy to find, and there was always transportation available to and from the metro station. The breakfast was delicious, with hot options and my kids especially loved the Belgian waffles. Additionally, we enjoyed exploring the town and trying out Sweet Fire Donnas BBQ, which was amazing.

The pool was dirty when we arrived, and we had to clean it ourselves and notify the staff. It would have been better if the pool had been cleaned before check-in.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Despite being near the highway, the noise level was actually quite low and didn't disturb my sleep. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, except for one issue with a shuttle driver. Nevertheless, it didn't affect our overall experience. The manager, Matt, was especially awesome. We enjoyed our time in Old Town and found it convenient from the hotel. The room itself was beautiful and the breakfast options were really good. Despite a few minor inconveniences like parking and a small kitchen garbage, our stay was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay with great amenities and a convenient location.

The hotel offers great value for money and has reasonable prices. The location is convenient, being just a two-minute walk from a metro station. Breakfast is included and offers a wide range of options, including eggs and gravy.
