our recent stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. after a previous average experience in nashville, holiday inn express really impressed us with their friendly and responsive staff, clean rooms, and convenient location for our concert plans.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions in Nashville. We loved how convenient it was to explore the vibrant honky-tonk bars, enjoy live music, and indulge in delicious food. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the secure underground parking, even though it had an additional cost. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. We also enjoyed the entertainment provided by the live musician and snacks upon arrival.

Clean large room. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Centrally located. Easy walk to all the bars, stadium, river walk, and restaurants.

WiFi very weak. Almost impossible to use. Had to call for maid service. Very expensive for the quality of the hotel.

Nothing bad to say.

Great location in the heart of the entertainment district, with live music in the lobby during happy hour and delicious complimentary snacks. The room with 2 double beds for 3 adults was spacious with a balcony, and the king bed was amazing. The breakfast with music was included in the rate and was excellent.

Parking prices were high.

A great hotel located in an awesome spot, close to everything from Broadway attractions to the clubs. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is great, with a wide variety of items. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making you feel right at home.

One of the elevators was broken during our stay, which made taking the stairs a bit of a hassle.

For the money, the Holiday Inn Express was a great value with a beautiful hotel and a convenient location just a short walk from everything. The staff, especially Katie and Jolene, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Breakfast items could have been more varied and interesting.

Wonderful location, easy walk to nightlife and food, clean, security at night, nice area, parking with elevator access, complimentary snacks, bathroom with vent fan, happy hour snacks, close to bars, museums, and The Gulch.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Downtown Conf Ctr for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to Broadway's entertainment without being too noisy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The gym and parking facility were convenient, and the comfy bed provided a good night's sleep. We also loved the evening taco bar and the attached bar with craft beer. a great experience.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the free breakfast with its excellent variety of options. The staff was unbelievably friendly, always with a smile and a willingness to chat. They even allowed us to check in early when we arrived earlier than expected. Katie at the front desk was exceptional - going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even arranging tickets for a concert and the Grand Old Opry. She is a definite people person with great management potential. Highly recommended!
