The hotel was ideally situated for walking around downtown Nashville, making it super convenient to explore incredible spots like the Ryman Theatre, just a half mile away, and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, which is only about 950 meters from the front door; we even enjoyed live music in the lobby each evening! The staff was friendly and provided great service, plus the breakfast offered a good variety despite some items being limited for those with dietary restrictions. there were a few hiccups, like one elevator working during peak times, which made getting around a bit tricky.

The room had comfortable beds, which was a plus for our group. The size was adequate, but issues with cleanliness stood out: mold on the ceiling and a slimy shower floor. Temperature control seemed effective. The bathroom was stocked with Dove products, which I appreciated. the remote for the sitting area was never provided despite requests. The hallway had an unpleasant odor, making the stay a bit less enjoyable. While the outdoor pool was nice, it didn’t compensate for the room’s condition. The noise level was manageable, allowing for decent sleep despite the hotel's bustling environment.

I had a lovely experience at Holiday Inn Express Nashville-Downtown. The breakfast was delightful and offered great variety, while the room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff was courteous and eager to help. Just be aware of the parking fees and the slow elevators during peak times.

Staff was friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. One of the elevators was out of order, causing delays.

The live entertainment by the pool was such a great touch! I loved relaxing on the sun loungers with a refreshing drink. Plus, being just steps away from all the downtown excitement was a total game changer!

The location of the hotel was fantastic! We were able to park our car and walk everywhere we needed to go during our trip. The pool was a great addition, and we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside. The breakfast and evening finger food were delightful, and it was impressive to see the staff receive a free lunch break day. The room's ice situation was a bit disappointing as the ice was stuck to the bottom of the freezer shelves. The elevators were quite slow, one was out of service, and it seemed challenging for the cleaning crew to use them efficiently.

My friends and I had a blast in downtown Nashville, hitting up all the cool spots like Broadway with its live music and honky-tonks. We also checked out the iconic Ryman Auditorium and felt like true country music stars!

I wish there was a rooftop bar or lounge at the hotel for us young party animals to keep the fun going after a night out on the town.

After a long drive, I arrived to find my room wasn’t ready. I waited forever, and when they finally called, they’d given my room away! The front desk staff was incredibly rude, making the whole experience even worse.
