I had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Express Nashville-Downtown, Broadway! The location was perfect, just a short walk to iconic spots like the Ryman Auditorium and the Country Music Hall of Fame, making it easy to enjoy all the country music vibes. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a selection of eggs, biscuits and gravy, and even make-your-own pancakes! It really helped us save money during our trip. The staff were super polite and eager to help, which made our experience even better.

The parking situation was a bit tricky.

The location was perfect, only a short walk to the vibrant Broadway area. The staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles. Breakfast choices were plenty, and even the evening reception felt cozy with live music. Our room was clean and well-maintained.

However, parking was a hassle due to limited space. We experienced some delays during check-in, and at times the front desk felt overwhelmed. The breakfast could have offered more variety, as some items felt lackluster.

the stay was tragically disappointing. The shower was stained with black tape on the wall, very classy. also, the toilet didn’t flush, and when I asked for help, the staff was just so unfriendly, one would think they were doing me a favor! i almost left a good review but just couldn’t, truly sad.

Nashville was a culinary dream! The breakfast choices were phenomenal—it felt like a feast with everything from eggs to make-your-own pancakes! Plus, the daily snacks and live music from 4-7 added such a lively vibe. The staff, especially the singing valet, made our trip even more memorable.

We did have a little hiccup when we asked for extra towels. After an hour, we returned to find our room ajar! Thankfully, nothing was missing, but it did leave us feeling a tad uneasy.
