The hotel staff provided excellent attention and upgraded our rooms with a perfect ocean view. The warm cookies were a nice touch for both kids and adults. The food at the restaurant was tasty and the bar served great drinks. All amenities were clean and there were hand sanitizers available in all elevators. The pools were well-maintained and Kevin even brought food and drinks to our location at the beach. the hotel provided a great experience for families with children.

Special shoutout to Kevin, who delivered food and drinks right to our beach spot. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, pools, and nearby restaurants.

The noise from the nearby nightclub can be disturbing for light sleepers.

We had a long wait in line and were asked to come back later even though we had already completed payment. the rooms were not ready for another two hours, which caused us inconvenience in having to be on different floors from our companions.

the lobby, which is fully air-conditioned, immediately gives off a modern vibe and even has a Starbucks, which is a big plus. the check-in process was easy, and the rooms and bathrooms had a sleek, modern design. the hotel also had a fantastic pool layout that spanned multiple floors, with lounge chairs and seating available. the poolside eats and drinks were reasonably priced, and overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel for another vacation.
