There were some construction works and closed down restaurants near the hotel, making it slightly difficult to find the entrance.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Dianne at the front desk who gave us helpful tips about the local area. The rooms were very clean and well-kept, and the hotel even offered an upgrade at no extra charge. I also appreciated the fact that they kept the pool clean and open during the shutdown, providing a friendly older woman to maintain it. The location was convenient, close to the mall of Cranberry, and the basic amenities, like the dishwasher in the room, made our stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.

Our stay at Residence Inn was exceptional! The property was nice and well-kept, and the location was quiet yet conveniently close to great restaurants and stores. The staff, especially Amber, provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn in Cranberry Township for a few days while on a business trip. The spacious room was exactly what I needed, and having a kitchen in the suite was a great convenience for making my own meals. The 1-bedroom suite also provided a nice retreat when I needed some quiet time away from my pets. The staff, especially Wilber at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping the room clean. Additionally, having Starbucks located in the adjacent parking lot was a nice bonus.

Despite a few small inconveniences, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast and coffee were good and there were some friendly staff members. the location was convenient and close to a popular shopping mall. We also appreciated the complimentary parking and Wi-Fi that were included in our stay.

Our room was not up to standard. The floors were dirty with hair and there were even hairs on our pillow.
