Our time at Quinta Real Huatulco was unforgettable! The Gran Clase Suite had an incredible balcony where we enjoyed the sunset, and the staff felt like family—super attentive and kind!

However, there was no adequate storage, as the closet lacked enough hangers, and the beach drinks were hit or miss—some tasty, while others were quite watery. Plus, morning service could be slow.

We had an amazing stay at Quinta Real Huatulco in our Gran Clase Suite! The spacious room featured premium bedding and offered lovely views of Tangolunda Bay. The pool area was fantastic, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making every meal feel special with the delicious food served throughout the day. We also loved exploring the beautiful nature around the resort, especially the unique bird life.

Arrive early to secure pool chairs. the competition for seating is intense, with guests waking up pre-dawn to claim spots.

Oh my gosh, the service was, like, super friendly! They greeted us with cool eucalyptus towels, which was such a cute touch. The views from our suite were totally stunning, especially when we watched the sunset from our balcony. Just wish the water pressure in the shower was a bit better. The food was delish but kinda pricey, ya know?

A Relaxing Escape with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our 14-night stay, especially the Gran Clase Suite with Pool. The beachfront was beautiful, but it would have been great to have more activities like kayaking. The staff were friendly but service could improve, specifically at meals. I suggest bringing cash for transactions as the ATM was out of service.

absolutely NOT a luxury hotel, way too overpriced for what you get. waited 45 minutes to check in and no hot water in my room. not to mention, I requested a room upgrade due to my struggles, but just got the cold shoulder. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

What a fantastic getaway! The staff was genuinely friendly, making every moment feel extra special. Our suite had a breathtaking view and a lovely balcony to enjoy sunset cocktails.

However, the dining options fell flat, and some maintenance could be improved. We also faced a bit of a trek when heading down to the beach. sometimes, it got tiring.

Great beach access and comfortable outdoor swimming pool, but the wi-fi was spotty.

The pools were amazing, especially with kids and pets around! Loved having access to the beach club for a fun day in the sun. Jairo and Juan made our stay special with their attentive service, and the on-site tour desk helped us plan our adventures.

In my wife’s opinion, the restaurant needs a breakfast upgrade.
