Great location near the train station, with a lovely view of the canal from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Big room and the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Exceptional customer service from reception to bar staff. A complimentary mini bar is a nice touch and the spa and gym is better than most.

Great value for money, spacious and stylish rooms with nice amenities like free minibar and coffee machine. The location was convenient, close to the railway station, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Amrath for 6 days. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Central Station and close to main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond by keeping our luggage for 7 hours on the last day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely ceiling height. The decor was stylish and interesting, and the hotel had a fantastic restaurant and bar. The spa was well thought out and well equipped, and the pool temperature was perfect. a great hotel experience.

Staying here was a great experience! The location was perfect, right next to the train station and just a short walk to the city centre. The staff provided excellent service, with room service and bicycle hire available. The room was very comfortable with a lovely sitting area and tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was also great, with a separate shower and bathtub. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus.

Brilliant hotel! Loved my xmas stay. the room was amazing, with a deep tub and luxury shower. the location was perfect, close to all the attractions. the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. the spa was fantastic, with multiple saunas and a lovely swimming pool. the staff was always helpful and aimed to please.

Couple things. There was an unpleasant odor in the hallway from a food cart.

The building was stunning, with lots of architectural details. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to key attractions and easily accessible.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with cups left in the Nespresso machine and a sticky bedside table. the gym facilities were impractical and poorly maintained, with broken equipment and missing weights.

The hotel had excellent decor and architecture, giving it a unique and stylish atmosphere. The staff were friendly and ensured a memorable stay. The en-suite bathroom was great, and the breakfast had a good variety of fresh options.

During my recent stay at Grand Hotel Amrath, I was impressed by the beautiful medieval architecture of the building. The hotel's location in the city was also perfect, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops and restaurants. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious, and I enjoyed exploring the Dutch Art Deco venue while indulging in the morning meal. the hotel offered a great experience.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. For instance, I found it disappointing that there was no music system in the room for guests to connect their phones to.
