The location was nothing short of fantastic! ! Just one short train stop to the city center! Rooms were clean and offered comfortable beds, perfect for a restful night after exploring.

Check-in was notably delayed, creating a frustrating start to my stay. additionally, the air conditioning units made disruptive noise at night, which affected my sleep quality.

The hotel is perfectly situated close to the Sloterdijk train station, making it very convenient to reach the city center in just six minutes. We enjoy the modern and spacious room, which is kept very clean and tidy. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast offers a good variety to start our day right.

Additionally, the bathroom's see-through glass made it uncomfortable to use, and there were no disposable slippers provided, which I found inconvenient.

i was almost inclined to give a good review, but the discomfort was unbearable. the pillows were way too high, and the room wasn’t cleaned even when i specifically requested it. i expected a welcoming upgrade for my troubles, but alas, just mediocrity. staff were rude, and it was a total waste of my money.

I really enjoyed my stay with the super helpful check-in process and the ability to grab snacks from the store right across the reception. In my free time, I found the rooftop garden and casino to be nice spots to relax and unwind. The pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 😊

In an interesting neighborhood with quick train access to the city, the staff were truly friendly, especially Rob! The restaurant offered great food (huge breakfast variety! ), and having a self-service shop was super handy.
