i had an exceptional stay at best western! the location was perfect, just a short shuttle ride to the beach. the staff, especially daisy and dylan, were outstanding. i loved my accessible room with a lovely view of the pool, and the daily breakfast by the pool was fantastic!

Waking up to the serene view of beautifully manicured gardens and koi ponds truly set the tone for my stay. The breakfast by the pool was delightful, and the friendly team made mornings brighter with their warm smiles and helpful tips. I loved the cozy courtyard atmosphere where all rooms opened to the pool area. it felt like a secret garden retreat.

However, I must admit, the room itself needed some upgrades, especially the bathroom layout. It felt cramped, with the sink counter hugging the toilet. Also, I wish the breakfast had been indoors, as the July heat made dining outside a bit of a chore. The wifi could be a bit sporadic, but with all the charm around, I found myself exploring more and connecting less.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls, providing easy access to stores and dining options. It’s also just a short drive to the beautiful Naples pier and Tin City, perfect for enjoying the local culture and scenery. The well-maintained pool area and landscaping create a relaxing atmosphere for unwinding after a long day of meetings.

The rooms could benefit from some modern updates to enhance the overall experience.

We visited the nearby Coastland Center for some fun shopping and dining during our stay, which my kids loved. The pool area was a hit with our little one, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast options—just perfect for fueling our day of adventures!

My wife says that the breakfast area could use more seating options for families with young kids.

What a charming little gem! I adored the peaceful gardens, and those koi fish really added a whimsical touch. Also, the hotel is conveniently close to shops, making it easy to grab snacks for our room.

However, I think the air conditioning might be trying to freeze us out—my nose was practically a popsicle! And let's just say, our bathroom could use a little TLC, I felt like a contortionist in there.
