The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The lobby and rooms were beautifully set up, clean, and comfortable. Additionally, the daily hot breakfast offered a nice variety of options and was frequently restocked. The server, Cherish, was extremely friendly and kind. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with key attractions and amenities nearby.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay at the hotel. Firstly, the hot water recirculation pump wasn't working properly, which meant it took a while for the water to get hot.

The location of the Hyatt Place was convenient and the staff was accommodating. They were able to fulfill my request for a mountain facing room, which had a great view. The room itself was clean and had a modern style. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast options were fresh and tasty. The on-site bar/restaurant was a nice addition after a long day. We especially loved the variety of fruit available each day. the location was perfect for us, providing easy access to the city and attractions. Another advantage we enjoyed was the spacious and clean room, complete with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering to hold our luggage and arranging a shuttle pick-up outside of the usual hours. The hotel had a bar area and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was also conveniently located in Midtown, close to great restaurants, breweries, and shops. I thoroughly enjoyed using the pool and hot tub amenities as well. this was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend staying here!
