Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel was located slightly outside the main village, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Despite its location, it was still close to the city center, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and a coffee/tea machine. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast choices were superb, offering a wide variety of options to start the day.

The harsh overhead lighting in the rooms, which could have been softer and more relaxing.

I had an incredibly comfortable stay at this cozy lodge. The common rooms were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The highlight for me was the breakfast and restaurant room with its stunning view. The staff went above and beyond to arrange tours and the breakfast buffet had a great selection, especially the made-to-order waffles and omelettes. The location, although not in the center of town, was still convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast and dinner served were delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel's location offers a stunning view of the town and it was very convenient to reach the main shops and pubs in just a few minutes. the public areas of this hotel had modern and comfortable decor which added value to the overall experience.

My room was quite small and despite being clean and modern, it lacked certain essential amenities. the hotel was situated at the outskirts of the town and was a bit of a walk to reach the central area.

The service here is exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry available. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, offering a welcome drink upon arrival and assisting with tours and tickets. The rooms themselves are well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options are also impressive, with a restaurant serving a delicious breakfast and a bar/lounge area offering a variety of tasty snacks. Additionally, this hotel boasts a spa and wellness center, complete with an indoor swimming pool and sauna, providing the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind.

The hotel had stunning views of the snow capped mountains and the rooms were cozy with lots of fluffy pillows. the amenities were beautifully boxed and included thoughtful gifts like moisturizing creme. the staff members were welcoming and kept us updated about the Auroras. the bar had a great selection of cocktails and the mixologist was skilled and entertaining. the bar appetizers, especially the king crab and champagne, were delicious.

The hotel could improve by providing a proper kettle in the room instead of just a Nespresso machine. the elevator was out of order during our stay and was not fixed in a timely manner.
