Always returning here for my romantic escape. They helped me find good exchange places. Everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, security, bar, restaurant. No smoking, pets, cots, wheelchair access. VIP check-in is a bonus.

The quirky room exceeded expectations with fantastic views and amenities. the staff were warm and accommodating. Just a few hiccups with the hot water and room decor, but overall a great experience. the complimentary wine was a nice touch.

The spacious family room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy feel, perfect for our little ones. the location was ideal, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions and kid-friendly activities. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches like the kids' entertainment area and the delicious family-friendly breakfast options.

My wife says that a designated play area for children would have been a great addition.

What a hidden gem! The location is perfect, just across from the bay and within walking distance of all the downtown attractions. The room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom and a record player for some retro vibes. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed delicious light meals at the café/bar, and the milk served in adorable little bottles was a cute touch.

The room design could use a bit more thought, especially with the glass-walled bathroom and lack of privacy.

we had a wonderful time at Ohtel. the room was beautifully furnished, spacious, and the bathroom was spectacular. the staff were lovely and really made us feel welcome, even giving us a little gift for our anniversary. the location was perfect, with easy access to Oriental Bay beach and just a stone’s throw from Courtenay Place.

The hotel had a great modern design and was quite elegant and tasteful. Staff was super friendly and helpful, making it easy to get around and enjoy myself. Breakfast was fantastic and the location made it quite easy to get around the neighborhood. I also enjoyed that the building was secure and had key card access for late entry.

The elevator was quite small and made it difficult to move around, especially with many guests trying to get up and down at peak times. I also found it challenging to communicate with the front desk about an issue with my room, which made me feel quite frustrated and annoyed.

I felt like a Kiwi VIP staying here, with a cozy retro room that had amazing views. the bed was a dream, and the vibe was top-notch. the staff totally rocked and the brekkie hit the spot. Will def be back to soak up those city vibes again! Hot tip: bring your vinyl collection for the record player in the room—it's a game-changer! We had an amazing experience at this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with stunning views of the harbor from our room. the luxurious amenities in our private room, including a sauna and exclusive toiletries, made us feel pampered and relaxed. the staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service with a personal touch. We especially loved the in-room breakfast, which exceeded our expectations.

The only negative aspect we encountered was the lack of a bar or lounge area in the hotel. this was easily remedied by the nearby restaurants and bars in the area.
