Charming room, stunning views. the garden provided a peaceful retreat with picnic tables, and the location was conveniently situated on Ponsonby Road, offering easy access to vibrant shops and eateries.

Could not be improved in any way.

The location is superb, nestled within a vibrant neighborhood with beautiful gardens. The patio offered a lovely spot to unwind while enjoying free tea and coffee in the room.

Although charming, the bathrooms are quite cramped and anyone with more luggage will struggle to find space. Limited storage made it difficult to settle in comfortably during my stay.

The lovely hosts are incredibly warm! The communal kitchen and beautiful garden are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the eclectic neighborhood.

Room sizes can be cramped. maneuvering around suitcases becomes a challenge! Parking info was unclear, forcing us to pay for street parking.

Jill's warm welcome and genuine helpfulness made our stay special. I loved sipping free tea in the beautiful garden after exploring the nearby trendy cafes. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night despite the room size constraints.

However, the air conditioning in our room was less effective, making it uncomfortable during warmer moments.

We adored our time here! The cozy atmosphere and delightful garden were perfect for relaxing after exploring the vibrant local area. Don’t miss the communal kitchen. it was well-stocked for our breakfast needs. Pro tip, check out nearby dining options at Ponsonby Central for a tasty experience.

It's just a decent option for taking strolls in Auckland with fantastic value. The large kitchen was useful for making breakfast before heading out. Try to get a room in the main house for a better experience.

the property is beautifully maintained, with a lovely outdoor area for breakfast. staff were incredibly friendly and allowed us flexibility with shared amenities, making it feel welcoming! great dining and shopping options close by.

Cozy and Welcoming!

Had such a nice time staying here! The hosts were super helpful and the cleaning staff was on point—felt like home right away. Loved kicking back in the spacious garden with a picnic table, perfect for enjoying coffee. Only thing is the bathroom could’ve used a bit more room, but it was clean and functional! Overall, a fab spot!

Absolutely loved the charming decor and the spotless marble en-suite! The outdoor seating area was delightful, and the nearby Mumbaiwallah restaurant was a total win—you just had to stroll across the street for a fabulous meal!

The stairs were a real workout—my suitcases were not on board with that idea! No kettle in the room? Guess I’ll just have to embrace my inner tea addict in the shared kitchen!
