The spacious and clean setup was perfect for my stay, with a comfortable bed that provided a good night's sleep. The views of the parking lot next door were surprisingly peaceful, with a calming and quiet atmosphere that made for a relaxing stay. The Bakery Café on-site served up some delightful treats and refreshing drinks, offering a nice way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The complimentary airport transfer service was a thoughtful touch, making my journey to and from the hotel hassle-free.

The bistro's location was fantastic for access to lots of local options and very close to a popular mall. Rooms were spacious with good amenities, including a continental breakfast. The size of our room was great! With 3 little boys it was nice to have space! The tv was great and nice to be able to turn it from side to side. The fridge was nice and the pull out was a good addition that our 6-year-old loved. The pool was open and we enjoyed using it every evening! We needed to change rooms in the middle of our stay, and they instantly changed the room for us with no questions asked and no trouble! Staff was all around accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Housekeeping was wonderful! We did not ask for housekeeping to tidy up our room while we were visiting, but they did provide us with what our room needed. However, the front desk experience during check-in and check-out was subpar. The layout of the front desk area lacked privacy and was chaotic, leading to some confusion and delays in service. The front desk staff, particularly Denis, seemed preoccupied and disorganized, causing inconvenience during the check-in and check-out processes. This impacted our overall experience negatively. Despite this, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable amenities like the indoor swimming pool and leisure room contributing to a relaxing stay. The nearby landmarks, such as the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge and Minnesota Children's Museum, provided excellent opportunities for family bonding and exploration.
