This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring nearby attractions like the Mall of America, which is a pleasant 2 km stroll away, and the vibrant Minnesota Children's Museum, just over a kilometer from your doorstep, making it convenient to soak in the local culture and entertainment during your weekend adventures; plus, the staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick and efficient, while the comfortable rooms exceeded my expectations, but the noise from other guests could be a bit disruptive.

The room was spacious for our family of six. Comfortably divided, with a small kitchen and office area, it met our needs. The kids adored the pool, and towels were plentiful. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, with hot options ready even for our early shuttle. the front desk was lacking. We received minimal guidance on parking, and maintenance issues were poorly communicated. A flickering light took far too long to address, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable for the kids. Vegetarian options at breakfast were sparse and lacked variety, not meeting the standard we expected. A clearer communication regarding parking would greatly enhance the experience. I see potential for improvement.

I enjoyed my time at Hyatt Place Minneapolis Airport South. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of delicious options. the convenient location near the airport and Mall of America made my trip enjoyable.

On the upside, the hotel staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable, although seating availability was limited. Despite some inconveniences, the large room provided a comfortable stay. In terms of amenities, the hotel charged for parking, which wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. The proximity to the airport meant noise from planes could be heard throughout the night. We faced multiple room changes due to maintenance issues like non-functional toilets and broken sofa beds. The pool was often closed due to leaking pipes, disappointing guests who were looking forward to swimming. An incident where promised rate cuts were not honored added to the frustration. issues with the air conditioning control and lack of prompt maintenance response affected our sleep quality.
