The hotel had a pleasant smell throughout, and the toiletries had a lovely scent. We also appreciated having a coffee maker in the room, a step up from the usual instant coffee offered in other hotels. Another great feature was the pedestrian passage that led to a nearby mall and convention center, making it convenient for us to visit events and do some shopping.

Additionally, the outer walls of the hotel appeared to be in need of repainting, giving it a somewhat rundown look. These issues detracted from the overall experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent facilities and child-friendly environment at the hotel. The swimming pool provided a great space for both swimming and playing, with attentive lifeguards ensuring safety. The buffet breakfast at the Brazzerie and the bar in the pool offered delicious food options. Special mentions go to Kuya Daryl, the lifeguard who looked after our kids, and Kuya Richard from Housekeeping for going the extra mile to fulfill our request for bathrobes. Kuya Juancho, one of the senior butlers, updated our key cards and assured us of a great stay. The reception staff, including Ms. Vanessa, Sir Dan, and Ms. Nika, were very helpful. Plus, the proximity to MOA and their own mall - S Maison, made our stay even more convenient. the hotel felt incredibly safe, child-friendly, and clean, meeting our high standards. We look forward to returning on our next vacation.

The facilities at the hotel were fantastic, with a breathtaking swimming pool and a delicious selection of food at the Brasserie. What really stood out to me was the personalized service provided by the staff. Nelson and Aries went above and beyond to remember our names, and the manager, Ms. Angel Cabusao, introduced herself because we share the same surname. It made me feel like a valued guest, and I will definitely be returning. Special mention to the housekeeping crew and Harvey, who ensured we had access to free wifi throughout our stay. a memorable and enjoyable experience.

As friends who enjoy going out at nights, we loved the convenient location of the hotel. It is connected to SM Mall of Asia and even has its own mall, S Maison, which offers various dining options, a cinema, and coffee shops. This made it easy for us to do some last-minute shopping before heading back to the UK. Moreover, the hotel had numerous events taking place onsite, which added to the vibrant atmosphere during our stay.

We felt extremely welcomed and had no complaints whatsoever during our stay.

This hotel is amazing! The location is beautifully set in front of Manila Bay, right next to the Mall of Asia. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms have high-end interior finishes. Plus, the breakfast included smoked salmon and had a wonderful view of the MOA Eye.
