For a 4-night stay for leisure, Exchange Regency Residence Hotel was a gem! the proximity to shopping malls was a huge plus. the staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. the room was spacious and comfortable, offering great value for money. Local dining options were easily accessible, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. the friendly coffee shop and convenient amenities added to the positive experience.

The hotel is situated in a prime location that's super convenient for accessing all my needs and nearby business centers. the staff, from the front desk to security personnel, were top, notch with their friendly and helpful service. the room I stayed in was fantastic , clean, with fast Wi, Fi, a comfy bed.

No bidet in the comfort room. the bathroom lighting was very dim and could benefit from a brighter light bulb.

During my stay at this hotel, the cleanliness, location, and friendly staff stood out. the hotel's facilities were well-maintained, and its strategic location in Ortigas Center allowed convenient access to shopping centers and restaurants. the nearby amenities, such as SM Megamall, added to the overall positive experience.

Room 25L had a comfortable and spacious bed, perfect after a long day. Bathroom lighting could be brighter. Late keycard given, but staff could be more efficient. Overall, recommended.

The staff were great and very friendly, granting special requests. the location made it convenient to access a nearby shopping mall and the hotel's coffee was a nice touch for a morning pick-me-up.

The mattresses in some rooms were uncomfortable with visible wear and tear. Also, the air conditioning was slow to cool, and there were reports of small maintenance issues like the presence of bugs.
