The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to everything. It is easily accessible by tram and is not far from the historic center. The rooms are small but well laid out, with a walk-in shower that is lovely. The staff is exceptionally friendly and polite, always available to arrange transport if needed. The hotel also offers modern facilities, such as USB chargers by the bed and free WiFi.

There was some construction/facilities work going on in another apartment, adjacent to ours. This caused loud drilling noises that were quite intrusive and disrupted our stay.

During xmas, I stayed in a hotel with a friendly and helpful staff team. the hotel room was clean and spacious, offering all the facilities I needed such as a kettle, two showers, TV, and WiFi. Another key advantage was its convenient location, which allowed easy access to public transport. the housekeeping staff left the room in excellent condition daily.

I found a few negative aspects of the hotel. the TV was not placed in a comfortable position, making it difficult to watch.

We loved having a small kitchenette in the room, which allowed us to prepare simple meals when we didn't feel like going out. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions. We also enjoyed the convenience of having underground parking available.

The breakfast options were limited, with a menu to choose from instead of a continental buffet. While the dishes provided were nice, they didn't cater to the preferences of our children, who missed their usual breakfast favorites.

During our recent stay at Art Suites Boutique Hotel, we were impressed by the modern and elegant decor throughout the property. The room was well laid out and immaculately clean, with a walk-in shower that was absolutely lovely. The inclusion of a Nespresso machine allowed us to enjoy a cozy cup of coffee in the evenings. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to travel to both the city center and the airport. The presence of USB chargers by the bed and complimentary WiFi made it convenient for us to work while we were there. The reception staff were helpful and spoke perfect English. our short break in Krakow was made even more enjoyable thanks to this excellent hotel. We would definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel.
