I had the most wonderful time staying at Plaza Boutique in the charming city. The reception team was incredible - always welcoming and eager to help. They fulfilled all my needs and even accommodated my last-minute requests with exceptional customer care. I highly recommend Plaza Boutique to anyone visiting for the first time.

The hotel quickly rectified this the next day without me having to ask. Some receptionists were not great with customer service, but if you are firm with your requests, they are happy to provide.

Lovely large, exceptionally clean room with very comfortable beds. Great location within walking distance to old town and easy access to public transportation. Lots of excellent value restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

We loved the spacious and modern design of the rooms at this new hotel. The friendly personnel and delicious breakfast with plenty of choices were also great. The hotel's location in the Podgorze district was perfect for us, as it was just a short stroll away from the Jewish district and the old city center. We also appreciated the proximity to the stunning park, which was perfect for a morning jog or leisurely walk. the price performance was excellent.

The food for breakfast could have had more options for vegans and vegetarians.
