The breakfast had a decent variety of options and the staff serving it were friendly and polite. the fact that they sent my postcards was a nice touch. Also, the hotel had a bar, even though I didn't get a chance to check it out.

The TV in the room didn't work properly, which was frustrating when I wanted to catch up on the news. the room cleaning was often done very late in the day, once even at 19:00 when I was already getting ready for bed.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Lisbon and I got great value for my money. The room was renovated and had all the comforts I needed, including a superking size double bed and a choice of pillows. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Metro station and close to restaurants and shops. The staff at the reception were incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better was if there were more food options available.

The staff provided excellent service, and we especially appreciated Elia at the front desk, who was phenomenal. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner at the nearby Italian restaurant, La Gondola.
