During my Thanksgiving stay at a hotel in East Austin, we enjoyed two complementary facts offered by the hotel staff. the location was key for us as it was walking distance from a lot of good options for bars and restaurants. Plus, we also enjoyed the relaxing pool facilities.

Our check-in experience was a disaster. the host sent a flurry of irrelevant and incomplete messages with no useful information about the lock access code for the property.
