Convenient location for early flights made my stay much easier.

I had the worst experience with the billing. They charged my card twice, and despite showing proof, no one called back to resolve it! Plus, the place was outdated and noisy—definitely not worth the high price. Totally disappointing.

Cleanliness was an issue; room smelled oddly musty. The restaurant experience fell flat—poor food quality, uninviting atmosphere, and indifferent staff responses to concerns. First room was noisy, but subsequent accommodations were better. Breakfast hours didn't align with my schedule. Rates felt high for the outdated offerings. Potentially a good stopover, but there are better options out there.

Comfortable experience, delightful breakfast with homemade omelets and excellent coffee that set a positive tone for our first day on the island.

The San Juan Airport Hotel offered a remarkably clean and comfortable stay. The proximity to Terminal C made catching my early flight a breeze. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the on-site restaurant was a great convenience for a quick meal before heading out.

Upon arriving at the Airport hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience of its location right at the airport terminals. It was so nice to have such easy access after a late-night flight. The rooftop sitting area was a lovely touch, providing a nice spot to relax and unwind. the room itself left much to be desired. It was smaller than expected, making me feel like I was in a cramped cruise ship stateroom. The struggle with adjusting the room temperature was frustrating - it was either too cold or freezing, and we couldn't seem to find a comfortable balance. Another downside was the lack of essential items in the room - no comforter and having to request toilet paper was inconvenient. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also questionable, with an unpleasant smell lingering. Despite these issues, the hotel had some positive aspects. The Wi-Fi, although unreliable, was a nice addition for staying connected. The minimalist lounge offered good food and drinks, and the room itself was sufficient for a one-night stay. while the Airport hotel's location was convenient, the room's small size and temperature control issues detracted from the overall experience.

Optimal selection for a fleeting pause in San Juan with excellent value for money. Proximity to the airport is great.

Arriving late for a bite to eat was disappointing - hotel restaurant closed early, UberEats failed. Room next to loud bathroom, no sleep. First room was shabby, lacked towels. Breakfast okay but not great. Location convenient for flights. Helpful staff, tasty restaurant. Will book again for early flights.

Rooms had great views of the northern lights! ! The staff was friendly and helpful, making the whole experience unforgettable!

This hotel was perfect for our quick weekend stay, as it sat just a few minutes away from beautiful beaches like Playa Hobbie and Balneario Isla Verde, making it easy for us to stroll along the shore and soak in the stunning views, and we really enjoyed the fresh breakfast before heading out for the day; plus, having restaurants and bars within a short walk allowed us to explore local dining without hassle, though the on-site dining options can be a bit pricey.
