The staff treated me like a friend, especially Subek at the front desk. She answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know about the hotel facilities. The check-in process was quick and easy. a wonderful stay at a good price.

It would have been better if there were more breakfast items available, especially for those who prefer a wider variety of choices.

The meeting and function spaces were well-equipped and the 4176 square feet conference center was very convenient.

The hotel took a deposit on a credit card and insisted on refunding the deposit in local currency cash upon check-out. This left me with the equivalent of $55 in a currency that was not useful as I was leaving the country.
