We were pleasantly surprised by the wide range of breakfast choices at Portswood. From fresh fruit to delicious omelettes and Cape Malay curry, there was something for everyone. The location was ideal, being close to the waterfront and all its attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the turn down service with chocolates. Free parking was a bonus. we would definitely recommend staying at this amazing hotel.

Best aspects of our city break hotel were the convenient location within walking distance to popular tourist spots and the friendly staff. We appreciated being in the heart of the action and able to easily explore the city. the breakfast provided was delicious and gave us the energy needed to sightsee. Lastly, the shuttle service offered was a great perk, making it easy to get around.

Worst aspects of our city break hotel were the confusing wifi policy. It seemed unclear and the staff didn't provide a clear explanation.

The location couldn't have been better, as we were within walking distance of the waterfront and an array of restaurants. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a remarkable selection. the hotel provided excellent service and amenities, making our experience in the area truly fantastic.
