After a grueling 33-hour journey, I arrived at Serena Hotel and was immediately greeted by the most kind and pleasant staff. Despite my room not being ready, I was able to enjoy a heavenly breakfast overlooking the pool. The hotel even upgraded me to a larger room, which was beautifully clean and comfortable. The restaurant served plentiful breakfast options, and the room service was excellent. I had a fantastic experience at Serena Hotel and would highly recommend it.
