Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive delivered exceptional service, especially from Billy, Emily, Harley, and Miles. the jerk food at the Treehouse exceeded expectations, and the abundance of comfortable sun beds by the activity pool was a pleasant surprise. the buffet breakfast was varied and delicious, with Starsha providing warm hospitality. the adult-only amenities, such as the balcony area and Harmony sun beds, added a touch of luxury to the experience.

My stay was absolutely mind-blowing! the awesome entertainment and resort were super lively and fun. Beach access was jaw-dropping with well-cared-for surroundings combating seaweed. the pools felt spacious, and the water slides were amazing - hoping for more! the staff was exceptional and always smiling. the Harmony room was comfy, but the outside areas were exceptional. Special shoutout to the breathtaking views at sunrise and sunset. the various restaurants offered great food selection, especially during big entertainment nights - rum and rhythm festival was a BLAST. the proximity to the airport was super convenient. Kudos to the fantastic staff - Zora, Hose, Gillie, and the rest - you all made my stay unforgettable!

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The location was superb, right next to the ocean, and the layout of the hotel was wonderful. It had separate areas for adults and families, which was perfect for everyone's needs. The lazy river and pools were a favorite for both children and adults, and we spent many afternoons relaxing at the private beach with the Burger Bar and Beverage Bar. The food options at this place were also top-notch. The Jerk Tree House was a favorite with its delicious offerings. The hotel even had planned activities for Christmas Day, including a visit from Santa, sand castle making, and an amazing Christmas show. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever taken.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

Nothing it was perfect.

I loved the room with the terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. It felt cozy and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. the comfortable bedding and free WiFi were a great bonus for me as a business traveler.

Personally, the noise from the bar below my room was a bit disruptive at night.

Had a great weekend at a beach hotel! the first thing we noticed was the incredible view from our balcony, stunning sunsets and an amazing sea breeze. the hotel had two wonderful complementary activities: a yoga class in the morning and a bonfire party at night. the location was perfect, a stone's throw from the beach, with a great selection of restaurants and bars nearby. the pool was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

One minor issue was the noise level around the pool area, sometimes it was a little too loud. the food on offer was average, nothing stood out, and the menu was repetitive.

Superb location, wonderful layout accommodating adults and families. Lazy River and pools enjoyed by all. Private beach with great food. Planned activities on Christmas Day were adorable. Excellent Christmas Night pool buffet and show. Excursions were reasonably priced and highly recommended. Clean and tidy resort, great value for a relaxing vacation. Friendly and welcoming staff who go above and beyond. Excellent breakfast with attentive smoothie station.

The location of the resort was not ideal, as it was not near any main areas. However, there was a beach club down the beach at the Paradise Beach club, which gave guests another option for relaxation. The beach itself was a bit disappointing, as some guests were not satisfied with its conditions. Furthermore, being on the Atlantic sea side made it windier and less enjoyable for some.

One negative aspect of the resort was the lack of quality entertainment and attention from some of the staff members. While there were standout employees such as Laura and Sam, who were welcoming and did a great job, others did not provide the same level of service or engagement with the guests.

I recently had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was superb, right by the airport, which made it incredibly convenient for me. The hotel itself was located in a central area of the resort, and I loved how it was situated on a platform that you can rotate with the sun. It provided an incredible view of the beach and allowed me to soak up the sun from different angles throughout the day. It was truly a luxurious experience.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It offers enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.
