Consider requesting a room with a Kaaba view for a breathtaking experience. The mall downstairs has all essentials and great souvenirs, making your stay even more convenient.

the fairmont is a stunning hotel with an exceptional view of the kaaba, just a short walk from alharam. the staff, especially asma, were super friendly and always eager to help. also, the fitness center is a great spot to unwind after a long day.

The room size was quite modest!

My stay was incredible, especially because the hotel is just across from the Grand Mosque and the stunning views of the Kaaba made my mornings unforgettable. plus, the mall underneath offered everything I needed without having to walk far for dining options and shopping.

the elevators are an absolute nightmare! it’s hard to believe i paid so much for a dark room where i had to squint to see anything. i expected at least a complimentary gesture for such inconvenience but received nothing. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Had an exceptional stay! The 2 bathrooms in the Junior Suite were a game changer. The Iftar buffet was a delightful surprise. Only downside? Some lift delays during busy times. Would totally return!

The hotel’s location is perfect. just a quick stroll to the Grand Mosque, and the view from our room was breathtaking, especially when watching the sunset over the Kaaba. My adult kids loved the easy access and the spacious room made it a comfortable stay.

I traveled with friends to this hotel and loved how close it is to the Grand Mosque, just a 2-minute walk. We enjoyed the media room with live broadcasts. The staff was attentive, and room service was quick. We had a fantastic stay and appreciated the restaurants in the mall.

We did experience lengthy elevator waits during peak times, which made accessing the haram a bit inconvenient. It would be better if they improved the elevator situation for a smoother experience throughout the stay.
