Just stayed at a hotel near Masjid al-Haram, breakfast was AMAZING - so many options! But room was too small, photos looked better.

Located just steps away from the Haram, this hotel offers convenient access to the holy sites. the spacious rooms with well-maintained facilities provide a comfortable stay. the connection to a shopping mall allows for easy souvenir shopping during your visit.

Improvement could be made in the dining options with a wider variety of vegetarian dishes and better quality control in food preparation. enhancing the concierge service to ensure a smoother process for guests, especially when requesting permissions for services like Uber, would further enhance the guest experience.

The views from my room at the Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the Holy Kaaba and the surrounding Haram. The interior of the Tower itself was simply magnificent, and I found myself in awe of the city view from my room. One particularly memorable experience was enjoying a delicious taste of local delicacies in the VIP meeting room and lounge. It was a thoughtful touch that added to the authentic experience of my stay.

The location was unbeatable. I could see the Kaaba from the terrace of this place. Also, there was a massive mall nearby which had everything. The staff here were the highlight. They were very friendly and always gave me fast reception and room service. I never used the car hire but it was offered. The dining restaurant was one of the best parts of the stay. I loved the mouth-watering food menu.

The staff at the reception and room service were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The hotel also offered great leisure facilities, including a jacuzzi and free Wi-Fi.

It would have been even better if the hotel made more efforts to please guests and went out of their way to accommodate any requests. However, overall, we highly recommend this place to our family and friends due to its luxurious nature, enhanced comfort, and quality services.

fairmont hotel in mecca was my first choice for a second stay and they exceeded my expectations. the luxurious interior and spacious rooms were perfect for my family. the breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Heating was not available in the room.

The top floor rooms offer an indescribable view, perfect for couples. The hotel is located right next to the Haram, making it extremely convenient. The reception process is efficient and doesn't allow people to jump the queue. The rooms are spacious with separate toilet and shower areas. The buffet is enjoyable and the staff is helpful and cooperative.

Felt privileged, no reason to complain.
