The views from my room at the Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the Holy Kaaba and the surrounding Haram. The interior of the Tower itself was simply magnificent, and I found myself in awe of the city view from my room. One particularly memorable experience was enjoying a delicious taste of local delicacies in the VIP meeting room and lounge. It was a thoughtful touch that added to the authentic experience of my stay.

The location near the Haram was amazing, the breakfast spread was really good, and all the staff were super friendly and professional; a shoutout to Zain the receptionist for being so kind and helpful. The quick check-in process by Nawaf at the front desk left a great first impression; we were in our comfy beds in no time after a tiring journey.

The staff, especially Mr Majed Al-Materfi, were welcoming and dedicated. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and larger than usual. The elevators were fast and efficient, even during rush hours. The view of the Kaaba and the sound of Azan inside the room were truly magnificent. com.

The location was unbeatable. I could see the Kaaba from the terrace of this place. Also, there was a massive mall nearby which had everything. The staff here were the highlight. They were very friendly and always gave me fast reception and room service. I never used the car hire but it was offered. The dining restaurant was one of the best parts of the stay. I loved the mouth-watering food menu.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, as it was situated in the tallest tower in Abraj Al Beit, with breathtaking views right across from the Kaaba. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with quick responses to all our requests. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff at the reception and room service were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The hotel also offered great leisure facilities, including a jacuzzi and free Wi-Fi.

It would have been even better if the hotel made more efforts to please guests and went out of their way to accommodate any requests. However, overall, we highly recommend this place to our family and friends due to its luxurious nature, enhanced comfort, and quality services.

fairmont hotel in mecca was my first choice for a second stay and they exceeded my expectations. the luxurious interior and spacious rooms were perfect for my family. the breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Heating was not available in the room.

The top floor rooms offer an indescribable view, perfect for couples. The hotel is located right next to the Haram, making it extremely convenient. The reception process is efficient and doesn't allow people to jump the queue. The rooms are spacious with separate toilet and shower areas. The buffet is enjoyable and the staff is helpful and cooperative.
