The hotel design is lovely, spacious rooms with beautiful bathrooms, friendly staff, and a lovely outdoor area.

The location of the hotel is perfect, nestled between two subway stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. It is surrounded by a plethora of neat shops, restaurants, and cafes, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Additionally, the reception staff are friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant check-in experience.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms is a major drawback. Conversations from neighboring rooms can be easily heard, resulting in a lack of privacy and disturbances during rest hours.

The room was incredibly clean and spacious. the location was great - there were plenty of delicious and affordable food options nearby.

We found it very difficult to get a taxi from the hotel, and many drivers did not seem to be familiar with the area. although the staff was generally helpful, we did not find them to be particularly friendly or accommodating when we requested additional services or assistance.

Complimentary coffee, tea, and soft drinks provided upon arrival. Reasonably-sized safe for storing valuables. Recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Staying at this venue was amazing! It is situated in a bustling but quiet area, with many nearby conveniences like a bus station, and easy walking distance to nice places to eat and explore. Even though the scenery is not remarkable, I found the fact that it faces the fence of a garden to be quite peaceful. The room had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, an in-room safe, and even a mini-bar. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the dining restaurant had delicious food.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family for their next trip here.
