Super friendly staff!

My fam and I had an awesome stay! The staff were super helpful, especially Ms. Philo at the reception. The place is super clean and right next to the MRT, which makes getting around a breeze. Only thing was that the breakfast didn’t have much variety, but we didn’t mind too much. Great experience overall!

The location is unbeatable! Bencoolen MRT station is just steps away and shopping centers are around the corner. The staff were incredibly friendly and even provided extra pillows upon request.

The room felt tiny for two people, making it hard to navigate with our luggage. It got a bit noisy at times, especially with doors slamming in the hallway.

On the downside, no bidet? It’s like ordering tea and getting water instead! Also, the room was so cozy I felt like a sardine in a can!
