We recently stayed at a hotel in Port de Pollenca and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was a bit far from the port area, but we enjoyed the pleasant half-hour walk. The hotel had everything we needed for a relaxed break and even had an on-site supermarket. we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the port, just a short walk away from the beautiful seafront. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The restaurant offered a wide range of delicious dishes at affordable prices, making dining a pleasure during our stay.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation to improve their appearance and comfort.

The one-bedroom apartment had a spacious balcony, and I especially enjoyed having TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. The staff, especially the lady at reception, were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their face. The hotel bar and supermarket were also reasonably priced, which was a bonus.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with our room being spotless upon arrival and well-maintained throughout our stay. The pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off in the hot sun. The location was convenient, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away and plenty of shops nearby.

The sleeping situation was not ideal, with two single beds at opposite ends of the room. Additionally, the noise from the extraction system for the kitchens was unbearable, starting early in the morning and continuing until late at night.

The receptionists were very helpful and allowed us to move to a room with evening sun. They even assisted us with our boarding passes. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The hotel was located just a 3-minute walk from a lovely beach and about 20 minutes from the center of town. We enjoyed the big balcony in our one-bedroom apartment and appreciated the extra touch of having televisions in both the living room and bedroom.

During our stay at Aparthotel Bahia Pollensa, we were delighted to discover the perfect location of the hotel. Just a short walk away, we found a stunning beach that provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling center. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms. The three different pools offered a variety of options for relaxation and fun. The daytime entertainment provided by Kathy was excellent, especially for the children. We also enjoyed the evening singers and animal shows. we had a fantastic time and would definitely return next year.
