We recently stayed at a hotel in a very convenient location. We could walk to all the main sites in the city center and the public transport was easily accessible. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The bathroom was equally impressive with a lovely shower and a bathtub. The hotel's breakfast was delicious with fresh croissants, cereal, coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon, and juice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the fact that our room had plugs above the bedside tables for easy phone and tablet charging.

The pillows were too firm for our liking.

The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in a central area between two bustling streets. It was perfect for exploring the city and going out to popular spots. the lobby and decor were aesthetically pleasing, creating a pleasant atmosphere upon arrival. Additionally, the bathrooms and showers were impressive, with recent renovations that exceeded expectations.

On the downside, the bed could have been more comfortable, and it would have been convenient to have an iron in the room. Another drawback was the lack of soundproofing in the old building, which sometimes allowed for noise from adjacent rooms to be heard.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and well-maintained facilities at II Castillas. The photos online don't do it justice! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center. Despite being in a bustling area, the room had good sound insulation. The staff was helpful and promptly fixed our air conditioning issue. We also enjoyed dining at the popular Takos restaurant just across the street. we highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location near Gran Via, close to metro stations and restaurants. Comfortable and clean accommodation with adequate breakfast. Luggage storage service was convenient. Helpful staff. Good bar and possibly a good restaurant. Easily accessible to historic sites and public transportation.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, right in the very center of the city. It was perfect for walking to all the main sights and even to Atocha train station. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, offering everything I wanted for my weekend break. this hotel provided great value for my money.
