The hotel facilities were basic but all in good order. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the bustling pincho bars of the old town. We were surrounded by countless options for bars, restaurants, and entertainment. The hotel also offered convenient parking nearby and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the excellent underground parking facility, which made it convenient for me to bring my bags to the hotel. Despite the slight noise from the central location, I appreciated the working air conditioner for heating. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb experience.

We loved our stay at this hotel in the heart of the charming old town. The room, although small, was clean and tidy. The central location made it easy for us to explore the historic area, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars. The underground parking at Arenal was just a 10-minute walk away, making it convenient for us to park our car. The breakfast area was spacious, and although the breakfast itself was moderate, it was sufficient for us. Bilbao is an amazing city to discover, and staying at this hotel allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in its beauty.

I really got great value for my money at Hotel Bilbao Jardines. The room was spotless and spacious, with a nice hot shower. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the lively old town, yet surprisingly quiet. The staff were professional and always quick to help with any requests or questions.

The breakfast menu could have had more variety.

Location was perfect for exploring the city's old town and it was also close to the river, making it a pleasant walk to the nearby attractions. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were outstanding, especially the roomy walk-in shower. Additionally, the hotel offered an excellent breakfast with a good variety of options to choose from.

The lack of parking close to the hotel for loading or unloading. The hotel had an arrangement with a nearby car park, but it was around 400 meters away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the city and giving us great recommendations. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the historical center with shops and restaurants just a few steps away. the room we stayed in was recently renovated and the bathroom was stylish and had a fantastic shower.

The bathroom in the room was quite small and there was not enough space to place our personal items. The chair in the room felt cheap and plastic-like.

I had a fantastic experience at Jardines in the old town. The location was excellent, with bars, restaurants, and attractions just steps away. We also discovered a nearby place for breakfast that served delicious croissants and pastries. The hotel itself was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and very helpful. it was a great hotel in a prime location, and I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the old part of the city. Jardines, the hotel we chose, was surrounded by fantastic restaurants and a vibrant nightlife scene. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the friendly front desk staff, who spoke English, were a great help. Our room was comfortable, with a cozy bed, and located away from the main street, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the room, which had twin beds. The hotel's modern facilities within an old building perfectly captured the charm of the historic Bilbao. Additionally, the tram station was just a block away, providing easy access to the Guggenheim museum. We were also pleased to find a laundromat nearby for our convenience.

Centrally located in the Old Town with nearby bars, tapas bars, restaurants, and shops. Short walk to Metro, convenient for beach, bus station, and sights. Reception desk staffed 24/7, helpful and English-speaking. Decent-sized, nicely decorated room with quiet side street view. Good value for money.
