artaza was the perfect valentine's day getaway. the beautiful old building, spacious room with balcony, and delicious food made our stay unforgettable. the friendly staff and free parking were cherry on top.

I was warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived, making me feel instantly at home. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The highlight for me was the delicious food served at the restaurant and being able to enjoy it on the superb outside patio, even during winter. Despite being located around 15kms away from the Bilbao ferry, I purposely chose this hotel due to its excellent reviews and it proved to be a convenient and easy run to the ferry the following day. I would definitely stay here again.

had a fantastic stay at a cozy hotel in getxo this summer. rooms were spotless, beds were super comfortable, and showers had great pressure. staff was friendly, breakfast choices were good, and plenty of parking available. exceeded expectations!
