I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated on the old city walls and right next to the old town. It is easily accessible by car and offers free parking. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me in getting into hard to see wineries. The breakfast provided was a feast and the views from the dining area were amazing. Additionally, the hotel is located in a public park, making it a peaceful and enjoyable environment.

Loved the charming and unique rooms with local character. the views were absolutely breathtaking, making every moment spent in the hotel memorable. the outstanding service from the staff, especially Javier and Raphael, really made us feel like royalty. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful walking trails and close to the town center. a truly enjoyable and unforgettable experience.

That the twin beds were slightly uncomfortable and creaky. there were some issues with noise, particularly from a nearby bar and a school next door.

This cozy little castle, nestled among vineyards and with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, is the perfect location for a peaceful getaway. The rooms are beautifully decorated with antique furniture, and the bathrooms feature original tiles that add to the old-world charm. The service provided by Javier, the owner/manager, is outstanding, as he goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast, served in a charming dining room, offers a delicious selection of cold meats. the hotel's proximity to a lovely walking trail through a park and numerous wineries makes it an ideal choice for wine enthusiasts.

The lack of an elevator may pose a challenge for guests with mobility issues.

We stayed at Castillo El Collado for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The room was beautifully decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location overlooking vineyards and mountains was breathtaking, and there was even a charming walking trail nearby. The views from the tower were stunning, and the entire town was easily walkable. The breakfast spread was delicious, and we loved the added bonus of a massage chair in our room. Would recommend this hotel!
