We had a romantic escape and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with helpful information about the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to bus stations and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed the spacious room and comfortable beds, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few downsides to our experience. The single room we stayed in was smaller than we expected, which made it feel a bit cramped.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff at Ibis were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us and our golden retriever feel very welcome, which was a big plus for us. the rooms were practical, clean, and comfortable. the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city on foot. the price of both the room and parking were great value for money. we were impressed with the excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

We were pleasantly surprised by the free upgrade to a large room with two office desks, perfect for our study week. The hotel's location within walking distance of the city center and attractions like the Guggenheim Museum made exploring Bilbao easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even had the convenience of being able to charge our plug-in hybrid car in the garage.

ibis pleasantly surprised us with their excellent service and accommodating staff, making our date night in bilbao even more special. the quiet room provided a peaceful night's sleep, and the bar staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. we will definitely be back.

The location was perfect, with plenty of eateries and places of interest on our doorstep. We were able to easily access the city center, the Arriaga theater, and the Guggenheim Museum. The hotel's parking was reasonably priced, making it convenient for us to bring our car. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were great.
