the bed was a scandalously small double, much smaller than what North Americans consider normal. i was just delighted by the slight street noise outside, how charming. i almost gave a positive review until i realized i was treated like everyone else instead of recieving a complimentary upgrade for my stay.

Friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. it felt like it could use a thorough cleaning. The towels had a questionable freshness, which didn't help my overall experience. Plus, room noise from adjoining areas was bothersome, disrupting my sleep at night, making it hard to relax after a long day exploring the city.

great staff who were always ready to assist, especially Jorge and Elu. I found the location very convenient for visiting the main sites.

The room was quite cramped, making it hard to move around freely. I also found the noise levels intolerable, with constant sounds from traffic and shouting throughout the night ruining my sleep. It felt like a challenge just to get a decent rest during my stay, and the lack of soundproofing made things even worse.

My stay at Ibis Bilbao Centro was quite pleasant. The team welcomed me warmly, making check-in a breeze, and I couldn't resist grabbing a tasty hot drink and a cookie from the snack bar late at night. With a clean room and an unbeatable location, I truly felt at home, especially since everything was within walking distance.

the car parking was easy, just remember to get the exit ticket first. there is no room to hang clothes adequately, which might be a hassle for longer stays.

Loved the large shower and those blackout blinds worked wonders! Location is perfect—just a quick stroll to the Guggenheim.
